I am currently consolidating my bodywork practice to Brunswick & Harpswell, ME. I am enthusiastic about this journey to connect with community and support locals with accessible massage treatment. Whether you are a mother with a newborn, have limits to transportation, or just feel like staying cozy at home, my hope is to provide routine treatment to help you keep up with wellbeing. Some of the modalities I offer include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular technique, Lymphatic, Myofascial Release and Low Impact. Various tools I tend to work with include Myofascial (IASTM) tools, Dynamic Cupping, Hot Stones & Aromatherapy. In most cases, I pull from various modalities and tools to adapt to your specific needs and goals at no additional cost!
